The New Year is underway, and I hope yours is going great so far. As per usual I have filled up my January plate a bit too full, and I’m feeling a little overwhelmed, so I’m taking a couple days off and hitting the slopes at Big Bear this weekend. Yay!

In entertainment news, January started out with a bang with auditions and self-tapes, so I’m grateful for that. I also have a couple incredibly fun projects out that I worked on in 2016 that were highlights of the year, so I’m really excited to finally be able to share them!. Here are clips from the Sense8 episode I choreographed which is now up on Netflix as Happy F*cking New Year in season 2, and here are clips from the Hydro commercial I did with Kristofer Hivju from Game of Thrones.

To finish up and coming back to the idea of overwhelm, it’s a wonderful thing to be a motivated, goal-oriented person, but sometimes we just have to take things a little slower than we want, and not beat ourselves up when they don’t go exactly as planned. Here are some tips for pushing past the January Blues. Let me know if they are helpful for you. :)

See you again soon!
