LADIES STYLING INTENSIVE- INTERMEDIATE LEVEL, $35
Charlene will show you easy yet sexy stylingto look great on the dance floor! Add poise, style, finesse and sabor to every step! Focus will be placed on the following:
- The class will begin with a warm-up fo stretching, strengthing, and isolations to create a proper base for your dancing
- Hand Placement
- Arm Placement
- Head Styling
- Hip and Shoulder Movement
- Body Rolls
- Styling and Technique of Legs and Feet
- Polishing Movement
- Musicality: Interpreting the Music using Syncopations and Sharp accents, etc.
- Use of Breath and Weight and how you can use it to help create fluid, natural motion
