Description
The first hour focuses on technique integrating body isolations, Latin arm, hip, and body movement drills, stretching and strengthening of the feet, ankles, and legs, and spinning and turning exercises. This class caters to beginner and intermediate dancers and will train your body to have the required base to properly execute more complex styling and body movements.

The second hour we focus on the Team's choreography. Depending on the day, we may be learning a new section of choreography, or cleaning up choreography that has already been taught, so for that reason this is more suitable to an intermediate or advanced dancer. Each choreography reinforces the techniques learned in the first hour, integrating it with the music and all of it's subtleties and accents. You will learn to be a dynamic dancer with head accents, arm styling, body motion, footwork, level & facing changes, and syncopations.

Team members are not required to perform. Please contact me with any questions.

Attire
Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in.  Wear comfortable shoes or dance sneakers, and bring a pair of dance heels as well.  Don't forget to bring bottled water.
