01 Jul Purification and Moving Upward & Onward
I hope your summer is going great so far! I am 2 weeks into a 21 day cleanse and I feel great! I’ve done it a few times before and each time I learn more about my relationship with food. I’m learning what I consume because my body actually likes it, and what I’m just eating because it makes me feel better emotionally, and each time I’m getting better at adapting to a healthier lifestyle on a regular basis. Boy, old habits are difficult to break!
To finish off, I wanted to share a podcast I’ve been really enjoying listening to (while in LA traffic!). It’s by Tim Ferris, author of The 4-Hour Workweek, and he deconstructs world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, sports, business, art, etc.) to extract useful tactics, tools, and routines. It was selected as iTunes’ “Best of 2014” and “Best of 2015.”
