Add some sizzle and sensuality to your dancing! I will teach the ladies some sexy solo moves that you can do when your partner spins you out, while Miguel teaches the guys flashy footwork to impress the ladies

- Salsa Partnering Combinations 1:00 -2:00pm

Miguel explains the lead and footwork in detail for the men, and I do the same for the women, but I also add some sexy styling to each pattern.

Afro-Cuban(Rumba) ($13)        1:00 - 2:00pm
You can skip going to the gym! Alien Ramirez will lead you through the movements and history of Afro-Cuban dance. I guarantee that this class will get your heart pumping and your body working!

Stretch Class ($10)       2:00 – 3:00pm
Whether you can hardly bend down to tie your shoes, or you can put your leg behind your head, this class will help bring elasticity to your muscles, as well as build strength so you can maintain that elasticity.  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

There is a separate instructor to teach the beginners, and Miguel Aguirre and I teach the intermediate level.  We warm up with some basic footwork, and then teach a partnering combo.  Miguel explains the lead and footwork in detail for the men, and I do the same for the women, but I also add some sexy styling to each pattern.
