Happy New Year! Inviting Challenge & 2015 Highlights

Someone asked me recently asked me if there were any standout performances or jobs that I did this year, and I drew a blank. It’s not that I didn’t have some great highlights this year. I danced for a top DJ at Coachella, I was a headliner soloist at a beautiful performance hall in Reynosa, Mexico, and last night I worked for a performance company that opened up for Michael Buble to name a few. It’s that I’ve done all these things before several times over, so I don’t feel like I’m challenging myself or reaching out of my comfort zone. Therefore that is my goal for 2016.

Some of the highlights in acting this year are that I booked a Bollywood movie, landed a theatrical agent, had a film received very well at a film festival, and I did a lot of casting director workshops with excellent feedback. I even just got asked yesterday to put myself on tape from a CD that I workshopped with!
