You can skip going to the gym! Alien Ramirez and I will lead you through the movements and history of Afro-Cuban dance. I guarantee that this class will get your heart pumping and your body working!

Stretch Class ($10)       2:00 – 3:00pm
Whether you can hardly bend down to tie your shoes, or you can put your leg behind your head, this class will help bring elasticity to your muscles, as well as build strength so you can maintain that elasticity.  Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
